4/2/12 As part of their RE work on Christianity, 3B and 3M acted out a Christening service with Miss Giles.  Click on the link to see some photos.  On Wednesday 8th in the afternoon, 3B will be making model churches and we would like some parents to help.  Let the school office know if you are available from 1.30 onwards on Wednesday.
3/2/12   This week, Year 4 took part in a community clear up to keep Castle Bromwich looking good. In partnership with park Hall and the Council, they braved the cold to complete an excellent job.
28/1/12 CBJS Rock Band played a set at the legendary Cavern Club in Liverpool earlier this month.  They played superbly and really enjoyed the experience- I'm sure it's not the last we'll see of them on stage!

We always like to hear about the success of former pupils both in and out of school.  Jake is now in year 13 at Kingshurst CTC Academy and outside of school he is buidling up a reputation as a successful racing driver.  Click here for more information and pictures of Jake test driving a Formula Renault car.

  30/11/11 A team of volunteers from CBJS and the local community went out into Castle Bromwich in the pouring rain this afternoon to pick up litter. Thank you for a fantastic effort by all involved. Photos and a report from two of our school councillors can be found here.
