At CBJS we aim to teach the children to do the best they can, so that they learn the most they can, and develop academically, socially and physically to be as happy and as healthy as they can.
Our values are central to the life of the school and were developed in consultation with everybody in the school community. Respect, honesty, caring, politeness, trust and determination are examples of these values and together they help to give all our children a sense of stability and belonging.
As a school community, we completed a consultation to make these values simpler and easier to remember and now we follow 3 ideas; aspiration - that at all times we do our very best [ASPIRE], we accept one another [ACCEPT] and we adapt to new situations, to new people and to new challenges [ADAPT]. They are our AAAs.
Our values support and compliment SMSC education and promote fundamental British Values within our school. See our SMSC section for more information.
