Our Trust: Prosper Together
About Our Trust
Kingshurst Primary School is proud to be part of Prosper Together Multi Academy Trust.
Prosper Together is a family of five primary-phase schools serving communities across North Solihull. The Trust formed in March 2023 with four founding schools and has since grown to five.
Our schools work together to improve education, share expertise and strengthen leadership. Each school contributes to the Trust's development while keeping its own identity and connection with its community.
Our Trust Motto is:
Our Vision
For the children, families, staff and all those that form our school communities to be empowered and enabled to be the very best they can be.
Our Core Purpose
Our work focuses on three groups:
- Pupils: safe, happy, thriving and prepared for the future.
- Families: welcomed, informed and supported.
- Our workforce: valued, developed and empowered.
Our Principles
Our four principles guide how our schools work together:
- Flourish and Celebrate: Celebrate each school’s distinctive identity while developing our collective strength.
- Collaborate and Empower: Support continuous improvement through collaboration, empowerment, challenge and support.
- Support and Trust: Work together through trust, transparency, teamwork and mutual support.
- Safe and Secure: Maintain financial sustainability and meet our legal responsibilities.

How the Trust is governed
Prosper Together has three levels of governance: Members, the Board of Trustees and a Local Advisory Board at each school.
Members protect the Trust’s charitable purpose and hold the Board of Trustees to account. Trustees are legally responsible for the performance, strategic direction and financial management of the Trust. Local Advisory Boards provide local oversight, represent their school communities and carry out responsibilities delegated to them by the Board of Trustees.
