Castle Bromwich Junior School is part of Prosper Together Multi-Academy Trust and is committed to meeting its duties under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This page sets out how to make a request and what information is routinely available.
How to make a request. Freedom of Information requests must be made in writing and must include your name, an address for correspondence, and a description of the information you are requesting. You can email requests to office@cbjs.solihull.sch.uk or write to the school. Please mark the envelope or email subject line "FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST". We will respond within 20 working days of receipt.
Charges. Most information is available free of charge on this website. We may charge a fee for photocopying, postage and packaging, or for responses where the cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit of £450 (calculated at £25 per person per hour). You will be notified in writing if a fee applies.
Right to review and complaints. If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, you can request an internal review by writing to the Trust Data Protection Officer within 20 working days of our decision. If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

The following classes of information are routinely published on this website or the Prosper Together Multi-Academy Trust website: who we are and what we do; what we spend and how we spend it; our priorities and how we are doing; how we make decisions; our policies and procedures; lists and registers; the services we offer.
