Girls Football Match 20th November 2014
On the 20th of November Mr Bird’s Girls football team played at Home against St Johns the Baptist in an intense football match. As our girl’s football team are the best girl’s football team around, we easily won against them but let one cheeky little goal sneak in without our goalkeeper stopping it. As I watched the match as one of the substitutes, our opponents where really friendly and at the end of the match they cheered for us and we cheered for them even though it was competitive for a trophy. The players who happily played for our team were the following:

The final result was 4-1 to CBJS!!!! Thank you St Johns for playing against us and being good sports! We are looking forward to competing against them again! Well done CBJS!!

CBJS verses Windy Arbour
Paris said “she feels exited” before she started .Also she said “Mr Bird tried to show them a perfect example of football “. Then Ella said “she is quite nervous because she didn’t know what the other teams are like”. Ella is the goalkeeper for our team and Alicia is the team captain. And there off! Both teams are good but there’s no score yet only 0:0. Argh the other team just scored which makes it 1:0 was know losing. Rameyah’s running; still running and it’s a GOAL!!!!!!!!!!! It is now 1:1. “Come on CBJS” shouted Mr Bird.it knows the end of the match and the score is 3:2. Unfortunately we lost by one. I am a little disappointed but at least they tried.

There off!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both teams are incredibly good so it is 0:0. Argh the other team just scored so it is now 1:0 we are losing still so we want to score know. Yes Ella just saved the ball as she is the goalkeeper. It is known calm and no one is scoring. It is the end .the score is 2:0 and we lost.
CBJS verses smith’s wood academy.
Both teams are very good but unfortunately we are losing at 1:0 (one nil) yes Ella saved the goal so the score is still 1:0. Awl man the other team scored so it is now 2:0 (two nil). I am quite disappointed so far but at least they tried. Paris thinks she could have done better at football but said that she is only learning. It is now 2:1 because we scored. Horayyyyyyyy. It is know the end and the score is 3:2 we lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
