Wellbeing Award

Promoting and supporting positive mental health and well-being for our whole school community

At Castle Bromwich Junior School, we put a high value on the mental health and well-being of our whole school community. In 2021, we achieved the Well-being Award for Schools, administered by Award Place, in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau.

We feel we work incredibly hard to promote positive mental health and well-being at our school, and working alongside the staff at Award Place will allow us to develop our provision further. Reassessment for the award allows us to mark all of the work we do to support our pupils, staff and parents.

This runs alongside our work with Nurture UK.

Support

Parents are always welcome to contact our school if they feel they need any support with regards to mental health and well-being. We place great emphasis on the welfare of our whole school community and provide support, information and guidance to help everyone at our school feel happy.
